At Authentic Self Counselling, we believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms. We use evidence-based techniques and work collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their goals.

Therapy at Authentic Self Counselling can benefit anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge or looking to improve their overall emotional well-being. We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
